You can forward calls to another extension or external number, with options for unconditional forwarding, busy forwarding, and no-answer forwarding. Configure your forwarding preferences to ensure calls reach Yobi AI agents when needed.

Before You Begin

Important Considerations

  • • Forwarding to external numbers may not be enabled by default - check with your system administrator
  • • You may need to dial a prefix for external numbers (your administrator can confirm)
  • • If you hear a busy tone while dialing, the number may be barred (e.g., premium rate or international numbers)
  • • Hunt group call forwarding requires separate configuration

Setting Your Forwarding Destination

To set the number where your calls will be forwarded:
