How to Forward RingCentral Calls to Yobi
Complete guide to forwarding your RingCentral phone system to Yobi AI agents
You can set up call forwarding rules on your RingCentral extension to direct incoming calls to Yobi. These settings can be turned on manually, or automatically based on a set schedule. Choose between the RingCentral app or Admin Portal based on your preference.
Managing Call Forwarding in RingCentral Desktop & Web App

- 2Click Call rules
- 3Click Forward all calls

Click Forward all calls in the Call rules menu

To forward to Yobi:
- • Click Number and enter your Yobi phone number
- • For internal extensions: type the name or extension of the user

- 7Click Add schedule, then use the date and time selectors to set your call forwarding schedule
Note: If you are manually turning forward all calls on and off, you can skip adding a schedule.

Managing Call Forwarding in RingCentral Mobile App
The mobile app follows similar steps to the desktop version. Access your profile settings, navigate to Call rules, and configure forwarding to your Yobi number. The interface is optimized for mobile but contains the same forwarding options.

Administrators can set up call forwarding for any user through the Admin Portal:

How to Disable Call Forwarding
To return to normal call routing:
- 1Access Call rules from your profile menu
- 2Click Forward all calls
- 3Change the Incoming calls dropdown back to its default setting
- 4Remove any schedules if applicable
