Your Account & Profile settings in Yobi allow you to manage your personal information, customize your user experience, and control how you appear to other team members and contacts. This is where you personalize your Yobi experience and manage your individual user settings.

User Types and Roles
Yobi has two types of users:
Admins
- Can add or remove team members through the "Manage Users" portal
- Have the ability to install, connect, or disconnect channels and integrations
- Can import contacts to Yobi (exclusive admin function)
- Manage overall account settings
Users
- Standard team members with access to assigned channels
- Can use all features assigned to their role
- Cannot manage integrations or add/remove team members
Profile Management
Add a Photo to Your Profile and Contacts
Personalize your profile by adding a profile picture. This helps team members identify you in conversations and creates a more personal communication experience.

- Use your email address and password to access your account
