How to Forward 8x8 Calls to Yobi
Configure call forwarding on 8x8 Work to route calls to Yobi AI agents
8x8 Work for Desktop provides comprehensive call forwarding management for your extension. You can configure basic forwarding directly from your Profile panel for quick changes, or access advanced forwarding rules depending on whether you're using X Series/Virtual Office Editions or Virtual Office Classic.
Basic Call Forwarding Setup
Quick Profile Panel Method

Access Profile Panel
Open your Profile panel in the 8x8 Work interface.

Enable Call Forwarding
Under Voicemail setup, check the Call forwarding checkbox.

Select Destination
From the dropdown menu, choose where to forward calls - select "Other number" and enter your Yobi number.
Active Forwarding Reminder
While forwarding is active, a banner notification appears as a reminder. To disable, simply uncheck the Call forwarding box in your Profile panel.
Advanced Setup for X Series/Virtual Office Editions
X Series and Virtual Office Editions customers can access comprehensive call forwarding rules through account settings, with additional options available via the user profile page.
