Yobi One: The AI That Manages Your Entire Business
While you focus on growth, Yobi One orchestrates every system, every interaction, and every opportunity—automatically.
Yobi's Story
Like so many startups, Yobi grew quickly and responded with a mix of systems, extra people, and temporary fixes.
We weren't using our own product
Though we had developed our own systems, we often sidestepped bugs with workarounds and third-party tools instead of resolving the issues directly.
CRM
Forms
Workflows
Disconnect from third party tools
Our processes worked fine, but they worked in isolation, information silos were being built.
And then we had an Outage
A developer pushed an update that broke our voice agents. While we were down for only 1 hour, it was a Monday morning, when most of our customers were getting their first business calls.
We patched the solution, and we individually reached out to customers who were affected and gave them the numbers of the customers who attempted to call them during the outage.
This is what happened during the outage
An engineer noticed a few tickets about "Agents not working", common occurrence due to misconfiguration.
He investigated multiple agents in our management console
He mentioned in a group text that there's something wrong with our agents.
We had to use multiple third party tools, to investigate the cause, and fix it.
We had to find, and identify customers affected, and locate their personal information scattered from emails, spreadsheets and calendar invites.
We had to individually contact each one of them with the data of the missing calls.
What's wrong with the picture here?
What should have been a simple fix became a complex orchestration spanning multiple systems and resources.
Our CEO did not fail to see the lesson from this failure.
The Breakthrough Moment
Our CEO, Ahmed Reza asked:

"What if we built an AI whose job was to manage the AI and business systems?"
...after all, we are an AI company aren't we? 🤦🏻♂️

The breakthrough insight:
Businesses don't need more tools to manage. They need an intelligent manager for all their tools.
