Forward All Incoming Calls

Activate Forwarding

    Enter your Yobi number based on call type:

    • Long distance: 1 + area code + number
    • Area code required: Area code + 7 digits
    • Local: Just 7 digits
  3. 3Listen for confirmation tone
  4. 4System will call the forwarding number to verify

Deactivate Forwarding

  1. 1Pick up your phone

Note: If the forwarding number is busy or doesn't answer, the feature won't activate. Simply try again. You'll hear an error message if the number isn't valid.

Removing Numbers

  • Remove specific number

    Dial *63, press *, enter number, press *

  • Remove all public numbers

    Dial *63, then press 08

  • Remove all private numbers

Customize Ring Settings

Important Information

While Forwarding is Active

  • You can still make outgoing calls from your business phone
  • You may hear a brief ring when calls come in, but cannot answer them
  • Calls must be answered on your line to deactivate forwarding

Voicemail Considerations

  • Calls that would normally go to your voicemail will be forwarded instead
  • If Yobi doesn't answer, calls may go to Yobi's voicemail system
  • Additional local and long-distance charges may apply to forwarded calls
